They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee, yet I find myself spending valuable time trying to get them to refund my money (they claim that the transaction is not going through because of PayPal and an invalid invoice number). Well, I never used my PayPal account (used MasterCard), and the invoice number I gave them was what they had given to me. When I signed up, it took 3 days to get my account set up - which ended up not working. They run a joke of an operation. NEVER, in my 20 years of business have I been so annoyed or played with.
