Who Am I?

My name is Mark Mruss and I’m a late-twenties computer programmer who spends his days (and too many of this nights) in front of the computer. I’ve been using computers and playing video games for a long time, not as long as some, but a lot longer then others.

For my job I program in C++ and have been doing so for the last five years. Not wanting my programming skills to stagnate I decided to learn another language, and after much consideration I decided to learn python.

This website will be used to track my progress as I learn the language and hopefully be a helpful resource for other people that want to learn python.

That was true a few years ago (almost a decade ago now…), now I’m a mid thirties programmer whose moved on to Java and Android development and then to C# and .NET development.
